Are you a fully qualified teacher or an ECT seeking a fulfilling role in a supportive school environment in Gravesend? Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
* Proven experience teaching KS2 in UK primary schools.
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum with a focus on delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Excellent classroom management skills to foster a positive and safe learning environment.
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Commitment to professional development and willingness to contribute to the school's community ethos.
* Ability to inspire and motivate studentsthrough innovative and engaging teaching strategies.
* A passion for promoting inclusivity and supporting diverse learning needs.
* Experience with or willingness to integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning.
* Proactive in maintaining high standards of behavior and creating a respectful and collaborative classroom culture.
* Ability to assess and track student progress effectively, using data to inform lesson planning and interventions.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work ina dynamic school environment and meet the needs of the school community.
* Understanding of safeguarding policies and commitment to ensuring the well-being of all students.
* Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities or school events tofoster a sense of community.
