Simply Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Co-Educator to join a forward-thinking secondary school. This is a permanent, part-time position (37 hours per week, term-time plus inset days) that offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students, teachers, and the SEN department to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting classroom learning activities in line with the curriculum and school policies.
* Working 1:1 or with small groups to deliver targeted interventions.
* Promoting inclusion and supporting students with special educational needs.
*Assisting with English and Maths skills development.
* Providing feedback and maintaining student progress records.
* Collaborating with teachers and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children in a school setting (minimum 4 years).
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.
* Knowledge of childdevelopment and experience supporting students with SEN.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.* A proactive and flexible approach with excellent organizational skills.
