Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised support to students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
* Assist in designing and delivering specialised educational programs tailored to each student's unique needs.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to implement effective learning strategies.
* Promote student independence, confidence, andsocial integration in a nurturing and structured environment.
* Offer emotional and behavioral guidance to ensure student engagement and well-being.
Candidate Profile:
* Essential: A strong understanding of SEN best practices and a genuine passionfor supporting children with additional needs.
* Preferred: Previous experience working in an SEN setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
* A proactiveand adaptable approach to working in a dynamic educational environment.
* A commitment to ongoing professional development.* An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
