Simply Education is thrilled to beworking in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Lincoln that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistantto join their team after the Easter break.
Location: Lincoln
Pay: £82 - £94 per day
Hours: Full-time
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to make a real difference in the lives of children aged4 to 11 years. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both the educational and social development of pupils, helping them to thrive in a positive and nurturing environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to children
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
* Supporting the emotional and social development of pupils
* Helping to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children(school-based experience is a bonus)
* A patient, supportive, and positive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for helping children reach their full potential
* A willingness to adapt and get involved in school life
