Role - Training & Compliance Manager
£35,000 + bonus

Concept Resourcing are working with an exciting organisation who are the leading provider of professional security solutions. The company has gone from strength to strength and has built a strong customer base across 16 counties within Europe and America.
We have an exciting opportunity to join as a Training & Compliance manager.
As part of the Management team, you will oversee the training requirements for the Field Service Engineering teams in a workforce which will grow to over 300 Engineers, and ensure all Team Leadersand Engineers comply with the company rules and regulations.
You will deal with multiple teams from across the UK and will be responsible for ensuring all training is completed and accreditations are recorded as well as conducting compliance auditsand keeping records of all audits and resolving any compliance breaches/issues that occur in line with customer requirements and within budgetary targets.
Compliance responsibilities
* Conducting interviews and surveys/audits to ensure that employees are compliant with regulations across the company's various departments
* Conducting investigations to discover the root cause of compliance problems when they arise
* Performing research to stay informed about all health and safety and any environmental standards that apply to the field.
* Educating engineers and training partners through communication and documentation on how to improve compliance
* Examining and improving auditing processes to resolve compliance issues fast or prevent them entirely
* Analysing compliance audit data to spot and prevent emerging trends/issues
* Hosting meetings with field teams/team leaders/engineers to address any concerns that they may have about ethical and compliance matters within the role or industry.
* Motivating employees to not only strive to meet compliance standards, but also to exceed them for operating efficiency* Leading and helping in the design of programmes that improve compliance
Training responsibilities
* Ensuring everyone is fully trained up and can do their job effectively
* Drawing up and keeping to a training plan/schedule
* Managing training budgets
* Ensuring materials needed for training are procured/produced
* Working with customers and training providers to develop suitable content for the courses, and ensure the courses stay up to date and cover the latest products and installation methods.
* Deliver training refreshers to small groups or individuals as required
Requirements
* Proven experience as a training manager
* Experience in designing and executing successful training programs
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, writing and presentation skills
* Team player
* Fantastic organisational skills
* Time management andprioritising workload
* Willing to commute to Milton Keynes / Dudley Office
