Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager with a strong background in selling security solutions, including CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for security solutions within the assigned area.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, expandingour market presence and customer base.
* Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest security technology trends and developments, ensuring clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs.
* Reporting & Analysis: Provide regularsales reports, market feedback, and forecasts to senior management, using data to refine and optimize sales strategies.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the security industry, witha proven track record of selling CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
* Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
* Knowledge: In-depth understanding ofthe security market, particularly within Norway or surrounding regions.
* Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
