The AV technical leadwill take lead of all design and commissioning aspects of the Auido-Visual Sector. This may involve aspects of pushing the business forward with innovative ideas and working with the leadership team to evolve and developmentthe business. At the forefront will be technology and ensuring the business conducts best practice.
Day to Day Tasks
The AV Technical Lead responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Leading the design and commissioning for the Audio-Visual V Sector for the business.
* Lead all Technical discussions within the Audio- Visual Sector
* Build relationships with AVPartners.
* Support the Sales team in all pre-sales duties within the AV Sector.
* Support the Operations Manager in building the AV Team with recruitment and training.
* Support the Operation Leadership Team with operational issues in the AV Department
* Supporting the PM team with technical and material requirements to ensure all technical aspects are met.
* Reviewingall AV designs to ensure the Project Lifestyle can be completed.
* Provide excellent Service to customers and build great relationships.
* Provide on-site technical support escalation.
* Champion Health and Safety Requirements within the business
*Provide design and technical knowledge for all AV requirements.
* Complete all relevant paperwork.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience with an Audio-Visual support related role
* Friendly and Helpful
* Self-Motivated
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of multiple disciplines within the Audio-Visual Industry
* Show eagerness to learn new skills with the Audio-Visual sector
* Always represent the company in a professional manner
* National Vetting will be required
* Full UK working right
Desirable Skills Required
* Valid CSCS / ECS card.
* IPAF / PASMA / Asbestos Awarenesscertification.
* Avixa CTS Certified
