Automation Engineer- Gates, Barriers, Doors & Shutters

Our client who are a family owned business in Cardiffthat has been operating in the Automation, Fire & Security industry for over 30 years are recruiting for an Automation Installation & Service Engineer to support the company's ongoing growth.
Main Duties:
* Responsible for the installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, fault finding, repair, and servicing of Automatic Doors, Gates, Bollards, Barriers, and Roller Shutters
* Preferred experience of as many aspects of Automation as possible, including manufacturers such as Dorma, Entrématic, Record, FAAC, BFT, Avon Barriers etc
Skills/Experience:
* 3 years of automation experience or experience in a related discipline. Training can be provided in some areas if required.
* Experience with installation, commissioning, testing,maintenance, fault finding, repair, and servicing of Automatic Doors, Gates, Bollards, Barriers, and Roller Shutters
* ADSA BS/EN16005 certified preferable
* Basic understanding of electrical works
* Full UK driving licence
* No criminal record
*If successful, candidate must complete, submit, and pass a full security vetting clearance
* IPAF licence preferable
Whatwill I get:
* OTE £40,040 - £46,475 (including overtime and standby)
