Service Engineer - Coffee Machines
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year (OTE£45,000 - £50,000 with bonuses and benefits)

About Us: Our client, is the UK's leading independent coffee machine aftercare company, providing national coverage. They maintain all types of coffee equipment, including bulk brew, bean-to-cup, and traditional machines. Role and Responsibilities:
* Install, commission, and setup coffee equipment, delivering an excellent and unique customer experience.
* Perform planned preventative maintenance on abroad range of equipment.
* Carry out reactive breakdown and repair calls, aiming for a first-time fix on all equipment.
* Deliver exceptional customer service through communication and operator training (e.g., operation and cleaning of coffee equipment).
* Manage spare parts stock holding in the company van.
* Complete all necessary job cards and supporting documents.
*Support colleagues and engage proactively with all areas of the business.
* Work on a rota of 1 in 4 weekends (Saturday only),with optional Sunday working for an additional rate of £250.
Requirements:
* Strong electro-mechanical knowledge.
* Professional demeanor and drive to represent the business positively.
* Relevant industry experience with coffee equipment (essential).
* Self-motivated and flexible approach to travel.
* Customer-focused and a team player.
* Valid driving licence.* Willingness to travel (50%).
