Role/Requirements:
* Interested applicants should have a background in mechanical and electrical engineering design and commissioning. This experience includes a strong familiarity with previous commissioning projects
* A relevant degree and/or senior trade qualification in an engineering discipline such as electrical, mechanical or instrumentation is required
* Ensure the equipment is working to the design specification
* Ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner and reating and carrying out test and validation procedures
* Problem solving and showing excellent diagnostic abilities
* Working to tight deadlines and within set budgets
* Liaising with installation and project engineers
* Preparation and completion of IQ/OQ and PQ, validation and commissioning documentation
* Client and end user training
* Provide technical support
* Make improvements and offer advice on operational procedures
* Previous industrial / construction experience is a requirement (preferably in on-site construction & commissioning/validation)
* Experienced in thesystems integration and overall setting to work of systems
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization, in particular being able to attend meetings and represent the company interests
* High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Database Management
* Ability to travel (across Ireland, UK and Europe) as needed for product installation and start-up attendances, along with troubleshooting as required, max30%
