Description:

An excellent company which is forward thinking and has a emphasis towards sustainability is seeking to recruit an Continuous ImprovementProject Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

This role will be a pivotal part of the company's new machinery maintenance strategy both in terms of the philosophy and the introduction.

The CI Project Engineer role:

- Work to implement CAP EX projects ranging in value from £20,000 - £2,000,000 and values of approximately £200,000 being more regular.
- Support the Site Engineering Manager and Operations Director during the planning phases of major projects.
- Investigate repeat machinery failures to identify root cause and remedial actions.
- Ensure that projects are monitored and expedited effectively to remain on time and on budget.

The successful CI Project Engineer:

- The successful CI Project Engineer will have relevant experience from within a Manufacturing organisation.
- You will possess strong attention to detail and naturally seek to use dataas the basis for decision making.
- You will have an Engineering background, either Electrical or Mechanical.
- You would be a naturally organised individual with strong communication skills.
- Previous experience of managing Cap Ex Projects.
