Job Description;
The Electrical Engineer would be responsible for undertaking electrical and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure to include power, 3-Phase, distribution, lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs and alarms. They will also carry out minor installation work and will becomfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary.
Key Experience necessary;* Proven commercial maintenance & electrical installation experience
* Previously worked on retail contracts
* 18thEdition + NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation + ECS Card
* Comfortable using a handheld PDA/Mobile and compliant with paperwork
UK - Driver's License (6 points maximum!)
