Description:
As the Engineering Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting a team of engineers in a manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include managing projects, ensuring the successful completion of tasks, and fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers to achieve project goals andobjectives.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering activities to meet production targets and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Assist in the development and execution of engineering projects, from design to implementation.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in engineering and manufacturing operations.
Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to resolve engineering challenges.
Support the implementation of best practices and lean manufacturing principles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering,or a related field. Manufacturing experience is essential, preferably from food but not essential. Proven experience in engineering, including project management and team leadership. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and diverse team environment. Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in engineering and manufacturing.
