Facilities Administrator - Wolverhampton - £21,000-£24,000 per annum
We are seeking a proficient Facilities Administrator to join our clients dynamic Facilities Management/M&E team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations and ensuring seamless facility management.
Role Overview: As a Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks critical to our FM business. Success in this position hinges on excellent communication skills, adept administration abilities, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining composure under pressure.
Responsibilities:
* Efficiently manage and filter our busy inbox, including the creation of new job entries, recording updates, and promptly responding to inquiries.
* Maintain and update job information on our portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Generate purchaseorders and diligently monitor their status.
* Foster clear and comprehensive communication with clients and subcontractors regarding job status, scheduling, locations, access details, health and safety guidelines, materials, and more, all while upholdingour commitment to exceptional customer service.
* Perform data entry tasks and compile monthly data reports.
* Ensure the timely distribution of all job-related information, ensuring our trackers and portal are consistently up-to-date and compliant.* Create and distribute RAMs (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) and Permits to Work.
* Liaise with center management forscheduling and permitting purposes.
* Assist in the preparation and monitoring of facilities budgets.
* Undertake general office administrative duties.
* Provide coverage for the Service Manager during their absence.
* Offer holiday cover for office administration staff as needed.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
* Proficiency in all Microsoft packages (mandatory)* Prior experience in Facilities Management (essential)
* Familiarity with Job Logic software (preferred)

Additional Requirements:
* This role may entail weekend inbox checks, with remote on-call responsibilities, for 2 out of 4 weekends on a rotating 2 on, 2 off schedule.
