As an Operations Trainer your role is crucial in ensuring that the company's engineers are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to repair various food and beverage equipment. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities and what you'll need for this role:

Responsibilities:
* Delivering Training Sessions: You will conduct training sessions based on the schedule provided by the Regional Technical Managers. Your goal is to effectively transfer knowledge to the delegates, ensuring theygrasp the required skills.
* Course Content Development: Develop training course content as needed to meet specific training objectives. Identify areas for improvement in training materials and escalate these suggestions as necessary.
* Skill Gap Identification: Assist management in identifying skill shortages within the Operations department. Formulate course content proposalsfor approval to address these skill gaps.
* Data Management: Maintain records of completed courses, including attendee listsand absences. Keep track of all engineers in the training program using tools like Excel sheets or Eagle. Ensure this data is readily available to management.
* Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical knowledge by attending manufacturer workshops, classes, and reading technical bulletins. You should aim to become the knowledge hub within the Operations team.
Requirements:
* Hands-on Engineering Experience: You should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a coffee engineer. This experience is essential for providing effective training.
* Expertise in Machine Knowledge: Possess expert knowledge of the food and beverage machines supplied by the client. You should be well-versed in their operation, maintenance, and repair.
* Training Experience: Have at least one year of experience in training others. This demonstrates your ability to effectively convey technical knowledge to different audiences.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are vital.You must be able to translate technical information into understandable terms for a diverse group of trainees.
* Adaptabilityand Willingness to Travel: Be adaptable and open to traveling to manufacturers to gain further knowledge about new or existingequipment. Staying updated is a key part of your role.
