Description:
Concept are currently recruiting for an EPoS field service engineer based in the West Midlands / Worcestershire area to work directly for a convenience store chain
The Role:
* Repair and breakfix of EPOS hardware
* Installation and deployment ofsystems using correct and documented procedures
* Data Cabling
* Provide EPOS operational standards advice - Via Telephone,modem, Best Practice and / or training
* Ensuring personal availability at all times required within defined territory(s
*Holding adequate spares availability at all times within defined territory(s)
* Compliance that all deployed / repaired systems are asset tracked and assigned to the correct customer
* Ensuring non-EPOS PC based ordering systems are supported and available
* Support the Helpdesk team as required
* General administration duties
* Communicate any observations of future potential issues which may arise from any IT system
Working Hours:
* 40 hours a week, predominantly Monday - Friday
* 1 in3 weekends - Saturday + Sunday on call - 2 days off in lieu following week
Required Experience:
* Previous experience asan EPoS Field Service Engineer, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineer, Field Service Technician, Maintenance Engineer etc.Package:
* Salary £28,000 + company van + overtime available when working bank holidays
* 23 days holiday
