What will your day to day responsibilities be?
* Service, repair & maintenance of MFD's
* Achieve high first time fix level for calls* Deliver high levels of customer service & product training
* Manage vehicle stock
* Covering the areas of Peterborough / Cambridge
Requirements
We will consider any experienced photocopier or any electro - mechanical break -fix engineersliving within the specified areas and who can offer
* Strong customer facing skills and experience
* Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
* Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
*Proven technical experience
* Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
