Would you like to join a very forward thinking company? Their attitude towards IT solutions is massively ahead of the times. Are you a photocopier field service engineer looking for a new challenge or a break fix FSE from another sector seeking a new challenge ?

What will your dayto day responsibilities be?

* Service, repair & maintenance of MFD's
* Achieve high first time fix level for calls* Deliver high levels of customer service & product training
* Manage vehicle stock
* Covering the areas of South Wales/ Swansea

Requirements

We will consider any experienced photocopier or break fix service engineers living within the specified areas and who can offer

* Strong customer facing skills and experience
* Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
* Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
* Proven technical experience - electro mechanical
* Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
