Seeking an Exceptional Multi-Skilled Technician for Field Service Role in the Midlands!

The Role of Field Service Technician:
* As a Field Service Technician, you will be a crucial technicalspecialist, providing unparalleled support in diagnosing and executing complex repairs to engine products at customer sites.* You will employ specialist tools and diligently follow documented procedures and policies to successfully diagnose and complete intricate repairs.
* Executing preventative maintenance activities on engines and related components in alignment with prescribed schedules and quality standards will be a key responsibility.
* You will meticulously complete essential documentation,including service worksheets, timesheets, warranty claims, and quality documents, employing either handwritten forms or businesssystem input screens.
* Maintaining the cleanliness and optimal functionality of your service vehicle and tools will be paramount.
Attributes of a Successful Field Service Technician:
* Possess an exceptional foundation of knowledge indiesel engines, including their applications and repair techniques.
* Exhibit remarkable proficiency in both mechanical and diagnostic repairs of diesel engines (Experience with Insite Diagnostics software is highly advantageous).
* Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with clients and office personnel.
* Excel in the use of electronic service tool applications, identifying the appropriate hardware and software tools for service events, and leveraging them tomaintain products or diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
* Display expertise in product repair and maintenance, meticulously adhering to guidelines, utilising required tools, and delivering high-quality repairs within standard repair timeframes.
* Hold avalid full driving license (mandatory).
* Completion of apprenticeship training.
* Previous experience in field service work.
