Field Service Engineer - Medical Device Industry

Your Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing advanced medical device equipment, ensuring it operates at peakefficiency. You'll be part of a high-performing team, with opportunities for ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance on medical device equipment.
* Lead and advise on installation requirements for units.
* Participate in continuous training, both in Ireland and at international locations.
* Work independently with confidence and develop a strong technical skill set.
* Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare staff.
* Travel across Ireland to provide essential technical support.
About You:
* Qualified in electronic / electrical / mechanical / biomedical engineering or similar technical discipline
* Proven experience in a field service engineering role, ideally within the medical device sector.
* Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose complex issues effectively.
* Familiar with relevant E.U. Directives for medical devices, e.g. MDR, EN 60601, I.S.O. quality standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A full, clean driving licence is essential.
