Your main responsibility will involve providing top-tier technical support across their product range,addressing field issues, complaints, and actively contributing to improvements in manufacturing reliability and serviceability.Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in return processes to expedite product modifications and improve reliability.
* Promote additional services and products to customers, supporting business growth.
* Implement strategies to optimize service efficiency and reduce costs.
* Handle complaint escalations promptly and professionally.
* Stay updated on product developmentsthrough regular training sessions.
Requirements:
Essential:
* Basic knowledge of electrical and communication systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills in various mediums.
* Possession of a full driving license.
* Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Desirable:
* FIA Unit 5 certification.
* Familiarity with servicing and maintaining alarm/communication systems.
