Job Title: Compliance Manager / Technical Estimator

Responsibilities:
* Compile evidence and documentation to support BAFE & NSI audits.
* Lead NSI & BAFE audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Participate in management meetings to meet BAFE & NSI KPIs.
* Support Operations Team without directmanagement responsibilities.
* Design fire alarm and security systems, ensuring compliance.
* Prepare Operation & Maintenance documentation for projects.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications and experience in the field.
* Experience in compiling evidence for BAFE & NSI audits.
* In-depth knowledge of BAFE & NSI regulations.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in fire alarm and security system design software.
* Experience in estimating project costs.
* Proactive problem-solving approach.
