ROLE : HybridPhotocopier Service Engineer (80% workshop / 20% Field ) + car
LOCATION: Inner M25
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Photocopier Engineer to join a leading independent supplier of office services / Managed Print Services (MPS). With a substantialbase of over 5000 customers nationally, my clients supply the latest technology from many of the world's leading manufacturers.The role will require a skilled photocopier engineer happy to work predominately within a workshop environment.
KEY OBJECTIVES
* To provide quality and value to clients through continued development of committed personnel to grow the company and increase profitability.
* To be ambassadors of the company
* To seek opportunities in all areas of client's businesses and increase sales growth.
* To provide first class customer service
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Repair of customer's equipment attheir premises in line with service guidelines set
* Refurbishment of returned equipment to site
* Installation and removalof machines, including networking with customer's system and operator training
* Management of stock items (Parts and Toner)* Communicating with Administration and service control, either by phone or PDA to complete calls within set targets
* Installation of related software
* Completion of work within the given response schedule and to a consistently high standard
* Accurate accounting of stock and work time
* Servicing of machines within budget restraints given
* Keeping return to fit and recall rates within target
* To deliver high standards of customer care
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Ability to work with the minimum of supervision
* Minimum of 2 years field experience with Print / Photocopiers
* Sufficient networking skills to install and fault find printing and scanning
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Ability to work within deadlines and to targets given
* Exceptional customer care and communication skills.
* Good fault-finding skillsand methodical working methods.

* up to £32,000 - based on 40 hour week
