Role: Industrial Print Technical Specialist
Location: East Midlands
Package: £40,000 - £55,000 plus 15% bonus & CarAllowance + 26 days leave + life assurance + pension
Concept are seeking an experienced Industrial Print Technical Specialist to join a busy team within the East Midlands, delivering exceptional service and support to our customers while maintaining field efficiencies and driving profitability.
As the Industrial Print specialist, you will receive expert training, all the latest updates, and educate our internal teams and customers on everything
As a trusted engineer , you'll respond to call-outs with professionalism and efficiency, diagnose and resolve technical faults, and implement all necessary technical modifications.This may involve work outside standard office hours, national travel, and occasional overnight stays to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will act as a key communication channel between customers, the Service Team, and other areas of the business to ensure a seamless service experience.
This role covers a dynamic and challenging environment within the Industrial Print sector, requiring technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
*Provide advice and training to customers on all aspects of the machine's functions and maintenance to ensure customers fully utilize the device's capabilities.
* Undertake all repairs safely and in accordance with manufacturers' recommendations and Health & Safety legislation.
* Complete all necessary reporting requirements and paperwork accurately and timely.
* Effectively utilize technology tools, such as laptops, to access technical documentation and continuously improve service delivery.
*Maintain clear communication regarding on-site parts and consumables, advising customers to ensure readiness and minimize operational disruptions.
Skills :
* Technical expertise and a solutions-driven mindset to tackle complex challenges in theIndustrial Print environment.
* Strong English language skills for effective communication both internally and externally.* ITIL training - Desirable.
* A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work flexibly, including outside standard hours, as required.
* A commitment to upholding high standards of organization, safety, and customer service.
