Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Contract Duration: Start in the first half of August until 31/12/2024 (possible extension, not guaranteed)
PAYE Rate: £26.40 per hour
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to cover a leave of absence at our Daventry production site. This temporary role involves providing critical IT support to our Daventry production plant.
Responsibilities:* Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation.
* Resolve technical problems through remote software installation, hardware testing, error detection, and technical diagnostics.
* Consult technical manuals, confer with users, and perform computer diagnostics to provide technical assistance and support.

* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
* Proficiency in following existing SOPs and processes.* Knowledge of computer software, including configuration management, desktop communications, operating systems, and internetdirectory services.
Required Desktop Experience:
* Windows OS (Windows 10)
* Basic knowledge of Active Directory
* DNS, DHCP
* Printing services
* Hardware configuration
* Software troubleshooting
* General desktop support
Educationand Experience:
* 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
