Lift Engineer
Up to: £45,000 DOE
Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage on-site installations in a safe and efficient manner.
* Conduct technical site surveys for diagnosis and repair purposes.
* Liaise with sub-contractors, ensuring the quality of their work and compliance with Health & Safety policies.
* Conduct on-site surveys and communicate with customers to agree on undertaken works.
* Adapt and replace lift drives.
* Replacedoor operators.
* Assist in constructing control panels, top-of-car controls, and car operating panels in the workshop.
* Provide regular status reports and handle essential administration tasks.
* Collaborate with the Technical Director and Engineer(s) as required.
Requirements:
* Technical Proficiency: Candidates should demonstrate technical expertise, preferably holding an NVQ3 qualification or providing clear evidence of equivalent proficiency.Lift Controller Fault Finding: Confidence andproficiency in diagnosing lift controller issues are essential.
* Understanding of Lift Operations: A solid grasp of key liftcomponents, including VVF drives, door operators, and control boards, is required.
* Career Progression: Candidates should bemotivated to advance their careers, with opportunities for obtaining NVQ4 qualifications.
* Travel Flexibility: Willingness totravel to various work locations is necessary.
