We are a well-established manufacturing business with a strong family ethos,and we are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical or electrical bias to join our team in the Wellingborough area.
The Maintenance Engineer Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. You will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventive maintenance (PPM) work and reactive maintenance on our complex special purpose machinery.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to identify improvement opportunities withinour production processes, contributing to the continued growth and success of our business. Your tasks will also include basicfabrication work to facilitate machine repair, as well as resolving mechanical and electrical issues on-site.
The Ideal Maintenance Candidate:
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias and a solid foundation in electrical skills. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, such as FMCG, Food, Plastics, Automotive, Heavy Industry, or Pharmaceutical, is highly desirable.
If you have completed an engineering qualification and possess competent skills in basic fabrication, you could be the perfect fit for our team.

- Excellent shift pattern of 10pm to 6am, Sunday to Thursday.
