We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join our fast paced manufacturing company based in the Milton Keynes area.
The maintenance Engineer will be working on a Tuesday - Friday Night shift (10pm to 6am)
This role will see the successful candidate working primarily on preventative maintenance and improvement actions during a time where the majority of production is not running.The Maintenance Engineer Role:
- Provision of maintenance on fast moving manufacturing machinery.
- Responsible for Mechanical and basic electrical repairs.
- Completing preventative maintenance on machinery including Presses, rolling mills, paint line and fabrication.
- Maximise machine efficiency through the implementation of preventative actions which have been identified by the Maintenance planning manager.
- The Multi skilled maintenance engineer will be involved in improvement programsas a part of a drive to improve machine efficiency and safety.
The Successful Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
- Thesuccessful Maintenance Engineer will be multi skilled and could be either mechanical or electrical biased.
- The ideal Maintenance Engineer will be apprentice trained or qualified to ONC/HNC level or higher.
- The Maintenance Engineer MUST have previously worked within an manufacturing environment.
£50,000 per annum
