We are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join our growing national company based in the Corby area. The Maintenance Engineer will be Multi-skilledand work Monday to Friday on double days.
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Role:
- The Engineer will be completing reactive and preventative maintenance on machinery.
- The Maintenance Engineer will work from a CMMS (Computerised maintenance management system) in close collaboration with the production leaders and Engineering Manager to maximise machine efficiency andminimise both machinery breakdowns and production disturbances.
- The Multi skilled maintenance engineer will be involved in improvement programs as a part of a drive to improve machine efficiency and safety.
- The Maintenance Technician will have to attend daily team support meetings where necessary and relay feedback on issues relating to maintenance to the operating teams.The Successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Requirements:
- The successful Maintenance Engineer will be confidentto resolve both complex mechanical and electrical issues and will have previous demonstrable experience of doing so.
- Havingexperience with steam or boilers is highly advantageous for the position but not essential.
- The ideal Maintenance Engineer will be apprentice trained OR qualified to ONC/HNC level or higher.
- The Maintenance Engineer MUST have previously worked within a manufacturing environment maintaining production machinery.
£38,000 per annum
Shift Pattern:
6am - 1:30pm (one week)
1:30pm - 9:00pm (one week)
Call out one week in Ten
One Saturday in five
