Position: Maintenance Engineer
Shift Pattern: Double Days
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment.
* Respond promptly to machinery breakdowns, diagnosing and fixing issues to minimize downtime.
* Conduct both electrical and mechanical maintenance across the facility.
* Collaborate withthe production team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenanceactivities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
* Experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
*Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
