re you a skilled leader with a passion for hands-on maintenance work? We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the Leicestershire/Rugby area. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team of 4 engineers on permanent night shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 10 PM to 6 AM.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, andguide a team of 4 engineers to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
2 Hands-On Support: Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on support as needed to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues.
3 Schedule Management: Coordinate andallocate tasks, ensuring the team meets maintenance schedules and targets.
4 Safety Compliance: Uphold and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
5 Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory role preferred.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Hands-on experience with maintenance tasks and equipment troubleshooting.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work permanent night shifts, Monday through Thursday.
