Description:
An excellent design, development and manufacturing business set in a beautiful part of the countryside seeks to recruit a Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team.
This fantastic opportunitywill see the successful Manufacturing Engineering candidate lead the delivery of injection moulded, assembled product through acomplex validation process.
The Manufacturing Engineer role:
Deliver injection moulded and assembled products through from design stage to completed, validated products within budget and on time.
Manage the injection moulding tooling portfolio to include maintenance requirements of tools which are based at supplier premises.
Specify, facilitate the procurement andimplementation of new injection mould tooling onto site.
Lead continuous improvement activities to maximise production yield, product performance, throughput, cost and safety.
Support non-conformance investigation.
Provide support for the productvalidation activities.
The Successful Manufacturing Engineer:
You will have a thorough knowledge of Injection mouldtooling, it's specification, design and functionality.
You will have a high level of Engineering qualification, HND or aboveand have demonstrable experience within a Manufacturing Engineering
