As a Manufacturing Engineering Planner, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations by coordinating and optimizing the planningof engineering tasks and processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production, timely delivery, and cost-effective manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and maintain detailed manufacturing plans, schedules, and timelines.

Evaluate manufacturing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate the procurement of materials, tools, and equipment required for manufacturing projects.

Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential bottlenecks or delays.

Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with safetyand regulatory standards in all engineering and manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize the supply chain and reduce lead times.

Provide technical support to resolve manufacturing issues and troubleshoot engineeringchallenges.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in manufacturing planning and process optimization within an engineering environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tools, and techniques. Proficiency in project management and scheduling software. Excellent problem-solving and analyticalskills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus. Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing.
