Lead Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor - Gloucester - £30,000 - £40,000
Concept have a great opportunity for an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor to work for our long-standing client based in the Gloucester region. Our client specialises in providing HVAC and Hot & Cold-Water services to well-known organisations all throughout the UK. A big part ofthis role will involve supervision of all facets of a site, to meet the Client's objectives on time and within cost. It will involve you to organise people, tasks, and supplies to bring about a winning delivery within the range of each individual project scope.
Duties:
* Manage the installation & servicing of HVAC & Mechanical Projects throughout the Gloucester and Surrounding Regions
* Site Management of personnel and subcontractors to ensure systems are being installed and serviced correctly.
* Meet with Clients to arrange timescales and programme management.
* Provide Health & Safety RAMs (Risk AssessmentMethod Statement).
* Read and Mark up drawings to determine positions of the equipment internally and externally.
* Arrangefinal commissioning completion so the paperwork is ready for handover.
* Managing a number of projects at any one time.
Personnel / Qualifications
* The ideal candidate would have knowledge of Daikin, Toshiba and Mitsi.
* Must be able to workon own initiative
* Must be able to work to deadlines.
* CSCS Card Holder
* Must be computer literate, self-motivated, personable and able to work independently as part of a team and liaise effectively at all levels
* The successful individual should have excellent written and verbal skills, be fully IT conversant and must be competent with working from CAD drawings
* Ideally you will be based within a close proximity to the West Midlands region, however, this is not essential as a hybrid approachcan be accommodated.
