Description:
Do you want to join a very successful and rapidly expanding document solutions dealership as a photocopier engineer? Concept are looking for a skilled Photocopier / Print Field Engineer to cover locations in the North West / Midlands so a flexible approach to areas of coverage is required. .
What will your day to day responsibilities be?
* Repair and maintain MFD / MFP print equipment ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are kept and achieve an excellent level of device reliability and availability.
* Act as Helpdesk incident queue owner for any print related issues
* Escalate any hardware or solution related issues as required and in a timelyfashion
* Training and support of end users
* Maintain full responsibility of the incident management queues.
* Liaise with client IT to ensure service continuity.
* Make improvement recommendations for device and service optimisations.
* Managequeries and escalations
* Support and liaise with all personnel working with client, including billing, Help desk and logistics
* Implement and manage escalation process.
* Ensure onsite device issue resolution is at a set level and meets contractualtargets
* Continuous improvement programme and sharing of best practice within the company network
Requirements
To be considered for the position you must have strong experience within the office equipment industry as a photocopier / MFD / MFP engineer with experience carrying out service, repair and maintenance on office equipment. It is important that you are self motivated, have excellent customer service skills & flexible approach.

Applicant
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
* Experience repairing electrical faults on office peripherals / photocopiers / MFDs / MFPs
* Full UK Drivers Licence.
* Ideally Manufacture trained* Excellent communication skills
* Sound knowledge of IT / networking
