Location: Scotland wide (Workshop is based in Alloa, however this role will require you to travel to clients around whole Scotland)

Duties:
The main purpose of the role is to Service, fault diagnosis and repair of mobility equipment. Inspection, delivery, and Installation of equipment.
* Conductservice, fault diagnosis, and repairs of mobility equipment both on and off-site.
* Identify part numbers, determine prices for spare parts/modifications, and create quotations for clients.
* Collaborate with clients to secure agreement on quotations and prepare orders for the administrative department.
* Receive and organise deliveries, ensuring accuracy by cross-referencingcontents with delivery notes.
* Perform pre-delivery inspections of equipment, setting up for customers based on assessments.* Deliver new equipment, making necessary adjustments on-site, and collect payments for repairs and delivered goods.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including time sheets, risk assessments, fuel purchases, accident reports, and vehicle condition reports.
* Safely load and unload the vehicle, ensuring proper stowage of equipment and tools to prevent damage and injury risks.
* Conduct weekly safety checks on the vehicle, following safety instructions/checklists provided.
* Operate the assigned vehicle safely and courteously, adhering to traffic laws and established transportation procedures.
* Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean inside and out.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop, loading bay, and showroom space.
* Take responsibility for personal development record-keeping.
* Uphold confidentiality of information related to patients, relatives, staff, and the company.
* Attend relevant exhibitions and training days.
* Contribute to team efforts by effectively liaisingwith staff, managers, and clients.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a diagnostic role.
* Proactive and positiveattitude towards customers.
* Resilience and adaptability.
* Openness to learning and embracing new challenges.
* Full UKDriver's license.
* Competent computer skills.
