Multi Site Maintenance Technician - Bristol - £37,987
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to joinour team, responsible for performing planned and reactive maintenance across various store locations in a specified region. Asa key member of the team, you will carry out repairs and maintenance to electrical, mechanical, and building assets in a cost-effective and safe manner, following company procedures and legal compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintenance of bakery and catering equipment, mechanical and electrical systems and assets, lighting systems, building fabric, water servicesand other static and portable electrical equipment.
* General maintenance and first look is required for all HVAC/Fire and Security and electrical and general issues
* Completing all necessary planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensuring legalcompliance
* Communicating with store management and project teams
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* C&G 2382 (18th edition), C&G 2330 (or 2356) NVQ Level 3, C&G Electrical Part A & B (Approved Electrician) and C&G Electrical Part C (Technician)
* BTEC Diploma in Electrical Installation and Maintenance
* Knowledge of HVAC, fire and security, and plumbing systems
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to prioritize and manage workload
* Commitment to health and safety
* Ability to work in a team and provide supportBenefits Include;
