Description:
We are currently looking to speak with an experienced operations manager required to oversee the scheduling and completion of water machine installations and repairs. This includes ensuring all field technicians have the relevant parts on van to complete the workload. The key role would be to manage exceptions completion, and deliver high levels of customer service and resolveany issues.
* Own and optimise the delivery schedule in real time to ensure jobs are booked in advance and engineers have productive routes and volume of work.
* Ensure minimal rescheduling of jobs - target of 1% reschedules not the fault of thecustomer
* Responsible for achieving Installation within 10 day SLA
* Responsible for achieving Call Outs within 7 day SLA* Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure correct stock is sent.
* Target and prevent reasons for installation failures, including data accuracy.
* Support and coordinate Field Technicians to offer a joined-up service approach.
* Ensure stock arrives at the right place at the right time.
* Offer the high level of service synonymous with the brand.
* Stakeholder management with internal teams.
* Ensure maintenance is booked and monitored for customers on this contract.
