Role : Photocopier Field ServiceEngineer

What will your day to day responsibilities be?
* Providing the very best service levels to our clients at all times
* Responding and arrivingon clients site promptly and within set SLA response times
* Repairing any reported device mechanical & i.t. issues, plusprovide regular scheduled preventative maintenance calls on equipment
* Keeping up to date with all service bulletins
* Networking equipment including scanning & document management solutions on all new multi-functional devices sold throughout theproduct range
* Take responsibility for all parts stock
* Providing remote technical phone support to clients, attempting toresolve any problems by phone
* Time management and fast pace is essential as is being a quick learner, with hands on training

* up to £27,000
* 23 days (rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 28 days), plus bank holidays
