AROLE : Photocopier FieldService Engineer
LOCATION : East Anglia / Essex
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced photocopier engineer to join a dynamic and growing business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the troubleshooting and resolutionof customer photocopy and print equipment issues in the event of breakdown and to attend service preventative maintenance visitsat customer premises.
The role will include:
* Trouble shooting customer queries via telephone, remote and on-site visits
* On-site repair of customer equipment
* Installation of copy / print / scan equipment into customer networks
* PDI / Refurb of print hardware in our HQ as required
The successful candidate:
* Previous experience in the repair of Photocopier/ MFD's is essential
* Have experience in using remote tools to provide issue resolution
* Logical and positive approach totroubleshooting
* Self-motivated
* Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
* A good communicator
* Keento learn new products and technologies.
* Full UK driving licence
The role includes:
* Up to £30,000
* Company vehicle
