Are you a photocopier fieldservice engineer looking for a new challenge or perhaps you are a break fix FSE wanting to advance your career within print ?What will your day to day responsibilities be?

* Service, repair & maintenance of MFD's
* Achieve high first time fixlevel for calls
* Deliver high levels of customer service & product training
* Manage vehicle stock
* Covering the areas of Peterborough / Cambridge

Requirements

We will consider any experienced photocopier engineers or those with a breakfix background living within the specified areas and who can offer

* Strong customer facing skills and experience
* Theoretical and practical experience of industry and best practices
* Ability to communicate at all levels with the customer and organisation
* Proven technical experience
* Excellent IT knowledge, including networking
