ROLE : Photocopier FieldService Engineer
LOCATION : Surrey

Working direct for a leading IT, Solutions and Print provider, with over 30 years experience in the managed print industry. Providing tailor made solutions for document print management hardware, software,IT consulting, on -premise IT infrastructure and cloud based services.
About the position:
Concept are looking to recruit an experienced Service Photocopier Technician to provide outstanding service and support to our client base in Surrey. Dutieswill include network installations, fault diagnosis and servicing/fault diagnosis of MFD / Photocopiers across various brandsThe person:
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the managed print industry, outstanding communication skills with a strong desire to develop their skillset.
Experience:
* Working knowledge of Photocopier / MFD devices
*Able to effectively diagnose and rectify faults on multi brand printers and MFD's
* Ability to perform network installationsincluding scan to folder/scan to e-mail
* Proven network troubleshooting experience
* Excellent communication skills
Desirable
* Solutions installaton (Papercut, P-counter, uniFLOW, Equitrac, Safecom)
* Solutions troubleshooting experienceQualifications:
It would be advantageous for the candidate to hold one or more of the following or similar qualifications.* ONC, HNC, City and Guilds or NVQ in mechanical or electrical engineering/electronic servicing
* An IT qualification such as CompTIA Network plus
* Photocopier Manufacture accreditation
