Role : PPD - Print Production Engineer (Northamptonshire) - cross training opportunity for MFD / Photocopier Engineers !!!
Package : up to £30,000 + bonus, 23 days holiday + BH, car or allowance and fuel card, pension scheme
I am currently recruiting for either an experienced Print Production/PPD Service Engineer or an MFD / Photocopier FSE interested in upskilling to join an established, globaltechnology provider .
Key Responsibilities
1 To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.2 To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-dayduties.
3 Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.
Skills Required
* Excellent knowledge of electrical/ mechanical engineering on either PPD Production Print or MFD /Photocopier ranges
* Good product knowledge,
* Proven fault-finding technique,
* IT literate,
* Excellent Interpersonaland customer handling skills,
* Excellent knowledge of Company Service procedures.
