Role : PPD - Print Production Engineer (South Yorkshire / Humberside ) - will cross train experienced MFD /Photocopier engineers
Package : up to £28,000 + bonus, 23 days holiday + BH, car or allowance and fuel card, pension scheme
I am currently recruiting for either an experienced Print Production/PPD Service Engineer or a Photocopier / MFD engineer to join an established, global technology provider within South Yorkshire / Lincolnshire / Humberside .
Key Responsibilities
1 To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
2 To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.
3 Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.
The Candidate
* Excellent knowledge of electrical/ mechanical engineering on PPD / Production Print ranges or alternatively MFD / Photocopiers
* Good product knowledge,
* Proven fault-finding technique,
* ITliterate,
* Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills,
* Excellent knowledge of Company Service procedures.
