Description:
Concept are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work for a leading IT services organisation starting Monday 17th January for a 3 month initial contract, with the potential to flip to a permanent role for the right candidate
The successful candidate will be supporting various IT retail projects and must have suitable 'working from home' set up
You will be responsible for any day to day needs to keep the projects organised and running smoothly
What will your day to day activities as a Project Coordinator involve?
Collating of engineer arrival status reports and share with relevant project managers
Managing scheduling of engineer sites
Engineer sign off support
Engineer and client liaison out of hours
End of shift reports / updates
Attend daily conference calls with support from various project teams
Adhoc admin / project requests as and when required
What are we looking for?
Candidates with a strong PCO background dealing with engineers / end clients
Project management experience is desirable but not essential
Proficient when using Excel systems
Candidates will require their own phone / laptop and suitable 'working from home' set up
Working Hours
You will be working from home, working day shifts Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Start time TBC, flexibility with working hours may be required at times
What's on offer?
You will be paid up to £200 - £210 per day DOE via an Umbrella company
This role has been assessed and deemed an inside IR35 role
The above rates are the umbrella company rates
