Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will play a vital role in building long-lasting relationships with key customers, managing expectations, and overseeing the installation of award-winning commercial kitchens and bars. You will be responsible for liaising with our internal functions, in-house engineers, and specialist sub-contractors to ensure that everything stays on-time and on-budget, working closely with our experienced Sales Team to proactively develop new business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Deliver and install projects to the customers' satisfaction and the company's expectations.
* Ensure all projects are delivered within the client's specifications and budget, and within the quoted value.
* Manage risks, issues, scope, cost, and timeline for project delivery.
* Attend required site meetings and provide regular progress updates and delivery forecasts.
* Support new business development and commercial proposals.
* Attend client meetings as required to assist with the development of the client's requirements.
* Ensure all drawings and quotations are correct and up-to-date.
* Manage external suppliers and ensure that surveys are completed, and they adhere to the program.
* Ensure that the company property islooked after and maintained.
* Maintain the reputation of the company by being courteous and professional with all clients and contacts on site.
Qualifications & Personnel:
Essential:
* Minimum 5 years' project management experience in thecommercial kitchen/hospitality sector.
* The ability to read and understand drawings.
* Able to produce good quality site surveys and legible sketches to convey information to others.
* Full driving license.
* Ability to travel as required.
Desirable:
* Project management experience in the manufacturing or construction industry, ideally in the commercial field.
* Prince 2 foundation qualification or equivalent.
Package:
* Salary range: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
* Type of contract: Permanent
* Working hours: 42.5 hours per week
* Location: Nationwide, with the ability to travel as required.
* All overtime is paid at a rate of 1.5.
* Double pay for a Sunday
* Paid door to door
* Fuel Card and mobile phone included.
* Monthly MAD awards - £100
* Annual award of 2.5% salary bonus depending on Company targets
* 32 holidays including BH.
* Holiday top up paid at 11 hours.
