Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in automotive manufacturing? We're seeking a skilled Quality Inspector with specialised expertise in compositesto join our dynamic team based in Coventry.
Role Purpose
As a Quality Inspector engineer you will be supporting daily quality checks by identifying and reporting any quality defects within composites and identifying defect point of manufacture.
Key Responsibilities
* Using Metrology equipment such as Vernier Calliper's, Micrometres, CMM equipment (Track Scan).
* Running and creating programs within Polyworks Metrology software
* Generating reports using quality systems to a high standard for customer feedback.
* Interpreting engineering drawings.
* 5S, Kaizen, and TPM
* Use of Microsoft office 365.
* H&S, Lean and 5S Awareness.
Requirements
* 2 Years experience within the Composites industry.
* Experience within a Quality department and its procedures.
* Experience with CMM equipment and Polyworks Metrology Software.
* To be able todiscuss and feedback Quality issues in an effective and efficient manner.
