Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location:Bury
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Role and Responsibilities:
* Provide commercial assistance to project teams.
* Review terms and conditions during the tender stage.
* Conduct monthly progress valuations of projects.
*Submit timely and accurate variations.
* Monitor site progress and identify any delay events.
* Mentor junior team members.* Attend site visits and client meetings.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in the fire protection sector is preferred; experience in the construction services industry is required.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
* Full clean driving licence.
