Recruitment Consultant- Field Service Engineering
Location: Dudley - £22,000- £30,000 + OTE

Concept are lookingfor a recruitment consultant or an experienced senior consultant that is looking to build their career a progress with the business.
You will be joining a team of both experienced and junior consultants within an established market. You will be tasked with growing an engineering desk and developing existing accounts to increase GP.

This position is within our successful Field Services recruitment team where you will be focusing on building a desk and placing candidates on a permanent basis.
Markets include;
Medical / Lifts / Photocopiers / Biomedical Engineering / Security Systems / White Goods / Installation / Catering / Fire and Security / Maintenance / Heating & Ventilation / Refrigeration
Profile:
You will have a min. of 3 years recruitment experience, ideally gained within Engineering, engineering or field sales, however, we welcome applications from consultants with a successfultrack record in other sectors. You should be able to demonstrate success through achievement against previous revenue targets and also development of business relationships (both candidates and clients). You must have ability for both new business generation and account management / delivery.
The Package
* Basic Salary: £22,000- £30,000
* OTE: £32,000- £40,000
