Calling all Supermarket Refrigeration Engineers in South London!

Location: South London
Contracted Hours: 45 Hours per week
Salary: £48,000 Basic + circa £3,000 London Weighting + circa £2,000 Standby Allowance = Circa Salary before any worked overtime £53,000
Oncall: 1 in 5 (May vary from area to area)
Main duties of the role:
* Take ownership of your assigned stores, building strong relationships and meeting new people in your area.
* Receive calls through your company-issued laptop and effectively planyour day to meet business demands.
* Carry out refrigeration engineering activities with minimal supervision, maintaining agreed standards and priorities.
* Monitor and take necessary actions for outstanding calls exceeding 2 days, ensuring timely resolution.
* Regularly review and maintain van stock holding.
* Adhere to company procedures, processes, and working practices.* Fulfill reasonable requests from colleagues and management.
* Engage with a wide variety of equipment, from integral freezers to remote packs and more.
Skills/Experience Required:
* Previous experience as an Engineer in commercial refrigeration.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Full driving license.
* Technical proficiency in coldroom and integral case maintenance, seeking support for more complex fault finding.
